Grindfil™ DM combines premium PA6, PA66, and PA612 nylon substrates embedded with evenly dispersed diamond abrasives. Precision-manufactured via melt extrusion and stretch-setting, it delivers high rigidity, exceptional resilience, superior wear resistance, and outstanding heat resistance. Engineered with an optimal balance of stiffness and toughness, it provides consistent, high-efficiency grinding performance.

Removes heavy flash, burrs, and mill scale from metal corners; conforms smoothly to irregular components and deep grooves. Best For: Batch deburring, surface polishing, and cleaning of hardware accessories, precision mechanical parts, and die-cast products.

 

2. Stone Processing Performance

Smooths out rough textures, sharp edges, and surface scratches; flexes to fit rounded profiles and intricate carved details without flattening. Best For: Edge trimming, texture refinement, and matte finishing on marble, granite, and engineered stone.

 

3. Woodworking & Finishing Performance
