1. Nevanx Series Filament Introduction

Nevanx can provides various alternatives for clients based on their personalized requirement. FahFil, CelsFil and PeekFil Brush Filament possess excellent characteristics of resilience and thermostability, uneasily deforming in the 220℃-300℃ high temperature environment.

FahFil

With better thermostability, higher rate of monofilament bending recovery and good resilience, FahFil can be applied in high-end hairbrush, electronic generator, high-end hair salon, and non-staple food processing cleaning etc.

CasFil

Based on all relatively stable performance of CelsFil, such as good thermostability, good bending strength, high toughness and good resilience, CelsFil can be applied in hairbrush, industrial cleaning&sanding brush and hair salon etc.

PeekFil

With the best thermostability，Peekfil is the high-end heat-tolerant product, not deforming in the high temperature environment for a long time. Peekfil can be applied in electronic cigarette cleaning brush, barbecue brush, industrial brush, chemical utensils and test-tube cleaning brush ect, and all of them require high standard of high-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and hydrolysis resistance for filament.

2. Nevanx Data Information

Based on CelsFil, the following chart shows the data comparison of the bending strength, monofilament bending recovery rate and tensile strength among FahFil, CelsFil and PeekFil.

Tai Hing’s PeekFil is tested its long-term temperature resistance characteristics under the 250℃ constant temperature environment, and its bending strength and tensile strength keep normal; In the 280℃ constant temperature environment, PeekFil performance hasn’t degraded obviously in the first 30 days; While in the 90^th day, its bending strength has increased slightly and its tensile strength has degraded within 10%.

3. Thermal stability of Nevanx

CelsFil can be used in hot water conventional environment or in 150°C instantaneous temperature environment.

FahFil can be used in 160°C baking production line or other industrial environment.

PeekFil is the best choice used in above 180 °C environment for a long time.

Tai Hing’s PeekFil is made of the special engineering plastic raw material ranked in the top of plastic pyramid, possessing excellent high-temperature resistance and aging resistance. Under the 300℃ baking environment, PeekFil still keep straight, not easily deforming. Therefore, Tai Hing’s PeekFil is wisely recommended to be used in professional hair salon hairbrush, barbecue brush and other kinds of brush with the certain standard of temperature resistance.

4. Bending Strength

FahFil, CelsFil and PeekFil are the filament with high bending strength rate.

CelsFil can meets the general requirement for the high-intensity continuous use, such as industrial brush, cleaning brush, Steel plate grinding brush ect.

The bending strength of FahFil is worse than CelsFil’s, which is probably 90% of CelsFil’s under the saturated water absorption condition.

The bending strength of PeekFil is extremely outstanding, which is 3 times that of CelsFil’s. As strong as steel wire, PeekFil is stronger  than other common plastic filament in the market and it is hardly influenced by humidity, high and low temperature and all kinds of common solvents.
