Tai hing new product FRFil with more obvious flame retardant effect

Release time:2021-05-31 09:03:52

With the development of industry, high molecular polymer materials, such as plastics, synthetic rubber, synthetic fibers and other products, are widely used in construction, transportation, machinery and other industries, and penetrate into thousands of households.

Most of the polymer materials are flammable, they will generate a lot of heat and toxic gases on burning process. In order to make polymer materials safer to use, adding appropriate flame retardants to polymers is a widely used method.

Flame-retardant materials help prevent fires or limit their spread, but they do not allow the materials to fully resist fire. However, they can still reduce fires and earn valuable escape time for people trapped in the fire.

Tai Hing flame-retardant synthetic filament product FRFil is produced with V0 environmentally friendly halogen-free and low-phosphorus flame-retardant raw materials, which will self-extinguish within 10 seconds from the fire. Compared with plastic filament coated with flame retardants, FRFil adds special flame retardant into the raw materials, which has obvious better performance.

FRFil do not contain metal impurities, high temperature resistance and no colored oxides will be produced during processing which ensure the final product color stable and clean.

As same as features with all nylon filament products, FRFil is stiff, straight and flexible with excellent mechanical properties and climate and chemical adaptability.

Nylon strip brushes with FRFil can be installed on the edges of doors and windows for the flame retardant manufacturing guidelines on aerospace applications, household protection and space layout. It can effectively protect the interior space from dirt, dust, leaves & debris, flame, rodents & insects and cold draughts & rain.
